The White House is a new generation of lifestyle accommodation located by Lake Windermere, in the heart of The Lake District. Offering a room only service, this grade II listed building was one of the first properties to be built in Bowness-on-Windermere, and we have spent months carefully renovating it into a stylish, contemporary retreat for the modern traveller, whilst keeping its historical features intact.
The White House has 12 beautifully appointed, unique rooms and one sumptuous cottage. The decor is stylish, elegant and original, inspired by locally sourced materials that can be enjoyed throughout each room.
